Paula Yunker Managing Partner

Paula has extensive experience in the fields of adult education, performance management and project management. Working in the industry for over 25 years, Paula has provided innovative and relevant learning solutions to small business, corporate clients, and government agencies in a variety of industries. Applying her expertise in training needs analysis, instructional design, learning evaluation, and project management, Paula’s learning solutions, tools and processes have measurably enhanced employee performance. She has also facilitated lively and informative training and conference sessions across Canada and the U.S. She is a member of the American Society for Training & Development, and holds Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation certification.

Stephanie Jutras Managing Partner

Stephanie has over 14 years’ experience in the design, development and presentation of successful interactive learning programs. She is well-versed in conceptualizing and determining direction, vision and strategy for e-learning, blended learning, mobile learning, face-to-face training and self-study learning projects. Stephanie is an accomplished people and project manager and has extensive client service experience, working with both external and internal stakeholders. She is a member of the American Society for Training & Development, and holds an ASTD certificate in Advanced eLearning Instructional Design.
