Delivery of anywhere, any-time training content via a web browser over the Internet or an intranet. Internet-based training provides links to learning resources outside of the course, such as references, e-mail, bulletin boards, and discussion groups. Internet-based training can be synchronous (instructor-facilitated) and asynchronous (self-directed, self-paced).
