Bringing accessibility and consistency to healthcare elearning
/ Sam ChowMaking elearning both accessible and consistent is a common challenge in large health systems — especially when multiple teams, platforms, and content creators are involved. Ensuring elearning courses meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards while staying on-brand and making the courses easy to update takes more than good intentions — it takes the right tools and guidance.
Limestone Learning was brought in to develop a set of branded, accessible templates in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360, supported by a detailed style guide. The goal was to give internal teams the tools they needed to create inclusive, on-brand training content quickly and confidently.
The result? A reusable, easy-to-follow system that takes the guesswork out of accessible elearning course development — and helps teams deliver consistent learning experiences at scale.
